Privacy policy
This statement describes what data Tasmeem.IT processes via this website, why, and how long we keep it. It covers the website; for ongoing assignments, we document data agreements in the assignment confirmation.

The request form
When you fill in the 'Discuss project' form, we process the data you enter yourself: your name, email address and phone number, what you need help with, a description of your project, your current website or system, who else is involved in the decision, when you want to start and your preferred contact method.
We use that data to contact you and make a proposal. The basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box and submitting the form. You can withdraw that consent anytime by emailing us.
Your request arrives as a message in our own system on this website and is also emailed to info@tasmeem.it. You'll receive a confirmation email.
Files you send
Files you send are stored in a protected folder on our server. They cannot be accessed via a web address and can only be opened by logged-in administrators of this site. Files from requests that aren't completed are automatically deleted after two days.
Don't send special personal data (such as medical information or a copy of an ID). If you need to share that for the project, we'll agree on a secure way to exchange it.
How long we keep data
- Requests that don't lead to an assignment: two years, so we can find earlier conversation if you contact us later.
- Requests that do lead to an assignment: for as long as the project runs, and then seven years for legal retention requirements.
- Files sent with incomplete requests: two days.
If you want us to delete your data sooner, let us know. We will, except for what we're legally required to keep.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no visitor analytics that follow individuals. There are no social media buttons that track you; the links in the footer are plain links.
We load typefaces from our own server, not via an external party. Your browser makes no contact with Google or any other network to display this page.
When you log in to the admin section, WordPress sets functional cookies to remember your session. These are needed for you to stay logged in.
Who else sees the data
The website runs on Hostinger. As our hosting provider, they process data on the server, including log files with IP addresses. We share nothing else with third parties except where required by law.
Security
The site is accessible via a secure connection (https). Files you send are stored outside the public part of the website, checked for file type, and given a new filename. Only we have access to the admin section.
Your rights
You can request what data we have about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Email info@tasmeem.it; we'll respond within four weeks. If you can't reach agreement with us, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Changes
If anything changes about the website or how we handle data, we'll update this statement. At the bottom you'll see when it was last updated.
