We keep confidential what we see or hear from you and what's not public. Even after the assignment ends. We ask the same from you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14. Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If something goes wrong through our fault, we'll cover the damage up to the amount you paid for that assignment, with a maximum of the amount our insurance pays out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We don't cover consequential damage: lost revenue, lost data you could have backed up yourself, or damage because you couldn't do something. That's not a trick to get out of it, it's why we make back-ups and ask you to keep your own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This limitation does not apply in the case of intent or wilful recklessness on our part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you want to report damage, do so within two months of discovering it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

15. Force majeure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If we cannot deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, such as a prolonged supplier outage, we'll reschedule. If this exceeds two months, either of us may terminate the assignment. You'll pay only for work completed to that point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

16. Termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can stop a project at any time. You pay for work completed to that point and costs we've already incurred that cannot be reversed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We may terminate an assignment if you don't pay after two reminders, or if working together is no longer viable. We'll notify you in writing with our reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

17. If you're not satisfied<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Call or email us first. Most issues are resolved in conversation. If we can't reach agreement, we'll refer the matter to the court in The Hague. Dutch law applies to these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

18. Changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We may update these terms. For ongoing assignments, the version you agreed to applies. For maintenance and hosting, we'll notify you of changes at least one month in advance; if you disagree, you can cancel as of that date.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
